Tuong Long Tower
Among the beautiful tourist destinations in Hai Phong, Tuong Long Tower is considered one of the oldest historical sites. According to records, it was built during the reign of King Ly Thanh Tong. Despite many years of ups and downs, the tower and its auxiliary structures have preserved their distinctive ancient charm to this day.
The tower stands on a spacious plot of land, and from a distance, visitors can admire its grandeur and massive size. From the top of the tower, one can enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful natural landscape and sky. Surrounding the tower are mountains, forests, and other peaceful, poetic sceneries. Many people like to visit here to breathe in the fresh air and relax their minds in this serene and pristine environment.
Architecturally, Tuong Long Tower also bears unique historical marks. Specifically, the four corners of the tower base are inclined at about 190 degrees, and the exterior is paved with red bricks and granite. The upper part of the tower is intricately carved with delicate patterns, allowing visitors to discover a distinctive architectural style found only in Hai Phong.
